Use Xdebug extension as trigger for HTTP handler dumps
This pattern shows how to:
- Replace the
ServerRequestCycleDumpCheckerInterface
service to conditionally trigger dumps of HTTP requests - Identify whether Xdebug is used for debugging to set the dump request attribute accordingly
